Remote AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer at ThreeFlow, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of engineers and product leaders to revolutionize the insurance industry through innovative AI applications and our proprietary data set. \n\nThis position reports to the Director of Data & AI and is based remotely within the US. Candidates must be available to work EST hours.\nOur tech stack\n\n\n* \n\nAWS Lambda, Step Functions, Bedrock, EC2, S3, Docker\n\n\n* \n\nPython, R, Mlflow\n\n\n* \n\nPostgreSQL, dbt, BigQuery, Looker, Stitch\n\n\n\n\nAbout the role\n\n\n* \n\nHelp develop and deploy enterprise-scale LLM and ML solutions to optimize core business processes\n\n\n* \n\nPrimarily develop, test, deploy, and monitor serverless applications (e.g., AWS Lambda) to support various data processing and analytics tasks\n\n\n* \n\nLeverage orchestration tools (e.g., AWS Step Functions) to coordinate complex workflows and integrate multiple services\n\n\n* \n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and help implement scalable AI models and solutions\n\n\n* \n\nContinuously monitor and optimize AI models to improve performance and accuracy\n\n\n\n\nAbout you\n\n\n* \n\nExtensive experience in Python development, with a focus on productionalizing LLM and machine learning applications\n\n\n* \n\nStrong expertise in developing and deploying LLM solutions\n\n\n* \n\nIn-depth knowledge of various machine learning techniques and their real-world applications\n\n\n* \n\nProficiency in AWS services, especially Lambda and Step Functions; experience with deploying them via IaC\n\n\n* \n\nStrong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and best practices in software development\n\n\n* \n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration in a fully remote environment\n\n\n* \n\nExperience evaluating model performance is a plus\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
