What we're working on:
Be part of the leadership team for a blockchain project in the fintech space. Work on smart contract development on the polygon network for a tokenization platform, payments infrastructure, and secondary market in a compliant manner for a fintech token.
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience (A technical assessment will be required)
Experience in developing EVM tech with Solidity (has written smart contracts before)
Senior-level experience as a backend developer in Golang with a Java background
English fluency, verbal and written

\nYour responsibilities and requirements:\n\n\n* Proficient in blockchain technical concepts, cryptography, architecting secure and distributed systems and having the ability to translate the architecture and design into actually working code\n\n* Understanding of Layer 2 blockchain concepts, at least one of: State Channel, Payments Channel, Pegged Side Chains or Plasma. Ability to implement these concepts or willingness to quickly learn how.\n\n* Self-starter, not afraid to work as a part of a bigger team and also alone on some tasks\n\n* Happy to be part of the remotely working team of engineers and product development people\n\n* Hungry for learning more, being exceptional blockchain technical expert, go-to person\n\n* Able to comfortably use the English language for communication of technical concepts, both verbally and on writing\n\n* Node.js and Solidity experience is a must.
