Remote Senior iOS Developer
\nPosition overview\n\nAt Xapo we are building truly cross functional teams with full ownership of design, architecture, build and test. You will collaborate closely with your fellow team members from the product, backend, design and QA communities of practice.\n\n\nOur tech stack includes:\n\n\nLatest Swift\n\nOur own UI Component Library (Mostly UIKit, we are starting the migration to SwiftUI)\n\nUnit tests, snapshot tests, integration tests, UITests\n\nSwift Package Manager\n\nReactive Programming\n\nKotlin Multiplatform\n\n\n\n\n \n\nResponsibilities\n\nAs a Senior iOS Developer, you will be responsible for building components of our mobile app that will enable users all over the world to send, spend, save, and receive money and Bitcoin safely and globally. \n\nThe impact of what you will help develop at Xapo will help people protect their life savings.\n\nIf you are a passionate, enthusiastic engineer interested in revolutionizing banking, join us!\n\n \n\nREQUIREMENTS\n\n\n5+ years’ experience in iOS development Swift.\n\nSwiftUI experience.\n\nExperience working with code sharing, pull requests and code reviews (Git).\n\nExperience working with teams in an agile environment (Jira).\n\nPassion for clean code where re-usability, testability and readability are a must (SOLID).\n\nExperience with the tech stack described above.\n\nA good understanding of software architecture & object-oriented design patterns\n\nSelf-motivated, with initiative and enthusiasm, willing to work with a remote team.\n\nGreat communication skills in English.\n\n\n\n\nNice to have\n\n\nExperience in CI/CD (CircleCI), Fastlane and static code quality analytics.\n\nExperience in BDD.\n\nKotlin, including multiplatform, KMM (believe it! — we use it both Android and iOS)\n\nOpen source contributions.\n\nExperience with Combine\n\nExperience working with modular architectures\n\nExperience with Swift Package Manager, Carthage, Cocoapods\n\nShipped successful iOS app(s), ideally still available in the App Store\n\n\n\n\nOther requirements\n\n\nA dedicated workspace.\n\nA reliable internet connection with the fastest speed possible in your area.\n\nDevices and other essential equipment that meet minimal technical specifications.\n\nAlignment with Our Values.\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
