This role offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in an exciting fintech startup. You will work closely with senior product managers and cross-functional teams to support the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\n* Market Research and Analysis: Among other things, conduct deep-dive analyses into market trends and customer behaviour to uncover opportunities for product innovation. \n\n* Product Development Support: Collaborate with product owners and managers and cross-functional teams to assist in the development of new fintech products that bridge banking and Bitcoin. Contribute to product requirements documentation, user stories, and feature prioritization.\n\n* Product Testing and Quality Assurance: Support the testing and quality assurance processes for new product releases and feature updates, ensuring we meet the highest standards of performance, security, and reliability.\n\n* Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor the performance of Xapo’s product suite. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), user engagement metrics, and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.\n\n* Customer Engagement and Support: Collaborate with customer support teams to address inquiries, feedback, and issues related to fintech products and services. Develop customer communication materials and FAQs that help Xapo’s customers understand its offering.\n\n* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, legal, compliance, and risk management to ensure successful product launches.\n\n* Professional Development: Gain expansive knowledge and skills in fintech, blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and product management. \n\n\n\n\nRotation Structure\n\nTo maximize the opportunity to gain exposure to various aspects of product management and development, you will participate in a graduate rotation program, rotate through the 4 Tribes of Growth, Total Payment Volume, Engagement and Asset Under Management, covering the full customer lifecycle starting from customer acquisition and onboarding, through transacting and Wealth services, and activation and retention.
