Legacy banking products are built on old, decaying technology while new experiences are being constructed from the ground up.\n\nWe are looking for a Senior Product Designer who can simplify how individuals are meant to build wealth.\nYou will:\n\n\n* Contribute to discovery and definition stage decisions to resolve user problems through design-thinking \n\n* Collaborate with our internal teams to create experiences across multiple products and platforms without sacrificing consistency and simplicity\n\n* Use data to help inform design decisions that result in the best experience for our users\n\n* Work in a fast-paced, understanding requirements, prototyping, designing, maintaining design documentation and delivering final UI specs to the development team\n\n* Refine optimization based on a combination of user research, production analytics and business goals\n\n\n\nMust have:\n\n\n* 8+ years of product design experience - from product strategy to monitoring final production performance\n\n* Deep understanding of design principles complemented by analysis and troubleshooting skills\n\n* UX generalist skills including UXR, UX writing, UI design, high-fidelity prototyping, user testing and design documentation \n\n* Effective communication skills\n\n* Basic understanding of component based development\n\n* Expertise with Figma\n\n\n\nNice to have:\n\n\n* Experience working at a startup or in fintech\n\n* Experience in growth\n\n* Bilingual in English and French\n\n* Basic knowledge of Bitcoin and blockchain technologies\n\n* Education background in either Psychology, Industrial design, Computer Science or Data Science\n\n* Expertise in Framer, Maze or equivalents\n\n\n\n Why join? \n\n\n* Be part of a groundbreaking journey: you'll live on the frontier of financial innovation.
