This person will carry a caseload of patients and work to be an effective accountability partner in supporting patients to make long-lasting lifestyle changes to benefit both physical and mental wellbeing. This part-time role is remote and will report into the Lead Health Coach.\n\nWe’re seeking Health Coaches for a commitment of 23 hours/week, with 14 hours/week of clinical, member-facing time.\n\nWhat you’ll do:\n\n\n* Partner with Parsley clinicians to develop individual care plans based on patient evaluations and diagnostic tests\n\n* Support patients in making nutrition and lifestyle changes to improve their physical and mental wellbeing \n\n* Be an accountability partner, helping patients to create realistic action steps and holding them to their goals\n\n* Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate, in collaboration with Parsley clinicians\n\n* Provide virtual visits and email communication at regular intervals\n\n* Use online record and patient portal to document patient goals, and provide resources to support those goals\n\n* Create resources for members, including handouts and condition-specific protocols\n\n* Follow organizational policies, procedures, and protocols \n\n\n\n\nWhat you’ll need:\n\n\n* Experience and/or training in functional nutrition/functional medicine\n\n\n* 2+ years of health coaching experience, or have coached at least 50 people\n\n* Registered Dietitian, Master in Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition Specialist, or Certification in health coaching (IFM, IIN or similar)\n\n\n\n\n\n* Excellent time management and customer service skills \n\n* Ability to effectively prioritize and succeed in a fast-paced, fluid environment \n\n* Comfortable with Mac-based digital platform - Parsley Health is a paperless company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
