Brand Expert Support\n \nSalary – £17,160 PA- 3 days Per Week\n \nThree days per week (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) Also must be able to work all Bank Holidays.\n \nJob Description:\n· To support the Regional Sales Manager in coaching, training, recruiting and carry out follow up visits on our team of Shark Brand Experts within the multiple retailers network\n· Must be self-motivated and driven with a passion for people and training.\n· Must be able to liaise with all levels of colleagues (store managers – sales colleagues)\n \n \nRoles and Areas of Responsibility:\n· Assist in training and recruiting new Brand Experts\n· Conduct morning training sessions, visits and follow up reviews with both Brand Experts and retail store teams (from Sales consultants to General Store Managers)\n· Have the ability to remote manage.\n· Motivate and support Brand Experts\n· Have the ability to demonstrate 5*customer service within a retail environment\n· Help with recruitment of additional Brand Experts\n· Conduct Brand Expert reviews (Overnight stays may be required)\n. Achieve sales targets\n. Run the team on specified days\n. Complete ad-hoc sales days\n \nAttributes and Skills:\n· A full driving licence with access to a motor vehicle\n· Experience within a sales/retail environment\n· A leader of people\n· Pro-active and reactive, innovative and creative\n· Effective communicator at all levels\n· Genuine passion for people \n· Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented\n· 1-year Mobile/Field experience is desirable but not essential\n\nSharkNinja Is committed to safeguarding the privacy of individuals.
