The Treasury Accounting Manager will be responsible for ensuring daily postings and monthly reconciliation deadlines are met for all treasury transactions (including cash, debt, investments, and derivatives). \n\n\nYou will be part of a mission and values-driven business and in a team of talented, global team of Accounting and Finance professionals. The position will be based in the US, report to the Head of Global Treasury and oversee the activities of one Treasury Accountant.\n\n\n\nWhat you'll be doing\n* Assist with the implementation of Oracle NetSuite’s banking & cash management modules\n* Identify opportunities and implement treasury-related business process improvements to drive efficiencies and improve visibility to key business metrics\n* Ensure daily postings and monthly reconciliation deadlines are met for all treasury transactions (including cash, debt, investments, and derivatives)\n* Coordinate with Accounts Payable, Revenue, Payroll, Tax, and Legal teams to ensure payments are processed accurately, timely and with sufficient SOX control documentation\n* Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure all audit requests are complete and accurate\n* Assist with transaction inquiries and bank support requests for audit or other purposes \n* Coordinate with GL Accounting, AP and Revenue teams during month-end close cycles to ensure all journal posting deadlines are met\n\n\n\nAbout you \n* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field\n* 7+ years of relevant work experience with a strong understanding of the Corporate Treasury function \n* You have demonstrated knowledge of US GAAP accounting and SOX controls\n* You have experience working with a global public company\n* You have strong analytical and problem solving skills\n* You have a high level of accuracy/attention to detail\n* You are team oriented, flexible and ‘can do’ attitude\n* You are able to work under pressure\n* You are able to meet strict deadlines in a fast, multi-tasking environment\n* You are deeply passionate about Bumble’s brand vision and values\n\n\n\n\n$89,000 - $115,000 a yearBase Compensation Range: $89,000 - $115,000. For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location.
