BBE Marketing is looking to hire a full stack Laravel developer with Vue.Js experience. Work collaboratively with the executive and development team on different aspects of the administrative portal, mapping tools, back-end and front-end website and databases.
The right candidate is self-motivated, independent, disciplined and loves solving problems and learning new languages, methods and API's. They are also a good communicator who is comfortable working with different types of people.
What you would be doing:
Maintain, enhance, refactor and add functionality to existing code base
Write classes to integrate the backend system with APIs
Work with the design team in enhancing the front-end user experience
Manage versioning and deployment of application source code
Quality assurance and testing
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience with Laravel is a MUST
Web development skills, including cross-browser HTML, CSS (responsive design), Vue.Js
Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
Backend development skills, particularly integrating with relational databases and external API’s
Experience with integrating multiple data sources and databases into one system
Experience using Git for version control (expertise in this area is a plus)
Familiarity with MySQL and PostgreSQL databases
Experience using Docker
Familiarity with servers, networks and hosting environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well with others
Self-directed team player who takes responsibility for their assigned tasks and projects
Motivated to solve complex problems and learn new languages and skills
