\nTrellis is looking for an experienced Magento Developer to join our growing team. Experience with Foundation and Bootstrap responsive frameworks is preferred. 2+ years of experience with PHP and Magento is required.\n\nThe Magento Developer position is a mid-level position that allows you to gain valuable experience with the potential of working on exciting projects that may involve third party integrations, eCommerce, multi-site functionality, custom module creation and more. The position involves the development and support of dynamic PHP / MySQL based web sites in Magento. Duties range from custom development of scripts with few development precedents to creation of entirely new extensions or themes for Magento.\n\nQualified candidates need to be able to demonstrate comfort and skill in PHP, Javascript, HTML and CSS coding through past work. Ideal candidates have a portfolio and significant professional development experience.\n\nMinimum requirements:\n\n\n* Demonstrated web development skills (e.g., through a portfolio of work, storyboards, technical diagrams, etc.)\n\n* Proficiency in object-oriented programming and solid experience with all of the following languages: PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, XML, MySQL\n\n* Possesses an understanding of development operations best practices\n\n* Has strong Magento frontend and backend development experience\n\n* Is comfortable with MVC frameworks\n\n* Has familiarity with process flow-charting, wireframes, mockups, site maps\n\n* Love of learning, and ability to work with minimal supervision or training\n\n* Team player willing to pitch in for the greater good\n\n* Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field\n\n\n\n\nIdeal candidates may also possess strong skills In:\n\n\n* System Integration\n\n* API Development\n\n* Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices\n\n* Data Mapping\n\n* GIT and Version Control\n\n* LAMP Stack Expertise\n\n* Plugin Development\n\n* Professional experience with object-oriented programming and relational database design principles\n\n* Web server/networking / IT experience\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
