Built with Next.js, React, Node.js, and OpenAI, we’re experiencing rapid growth! To further expand our capabilities, we’re developing both a Chrome extension and a mobile app. As a fully remote team, we’re looking for driven and passionate individuals to join us as we revolutionize the hiring process.
Role Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll work across both frontend and backend systems to ensure the smooth operation of our platform. You'll collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to bring new features to life, focusing on scalability, performance, and user experience. As we continue to grow rapidly, you'll play a key role in integrating cutting-edge AI technologies and ensuring our platform, Chrome extension, and mobile app are world-class.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain both frontend (Next.js/React) and backend (Node.js) components of our platform.
- Create user-friendly interfaces and ensure smooth API integration.
- Build scalable, high-performance backend systems using Node.js.
- Optimize database performance and manage server infrastructure for speed and scalability.
- Contribute to the development of our upcoming Chrome extension and mobile app.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing features based on user feedback and internal testing.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, with strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Experience building and maintaining APIs, integrating with third-party services, and managing databases.
- Strong understanding of modern JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment while maintaining excellent communication with the team.
- React Native experience is nice to have, especially as we build out our mobile app.
- Experience working with OpenAI or similar is a plus but not required.
- Passion for building high-quality, scalable applications that users love.
