Get in on the ground floor of a young, fun company poised for a meteoric rise!\n\nAbout Klinche\n\nKlinche is leading a new era of Construction Finance Optimization focused on streamlining the process of construction loan funding for buildings. The solution automates what is today a manual labor intensive process, by utilizing document management, workflow, collaboration tools, electronic signatures, and machine learning. The ML/ AI “secret sauce” also enables us to accurately predict project outcomes and is of great interest to financial institutions and project sponsors. Our solution is extensible to other industries as such as Infrastructure and Public Works projects.\n\nSee www.klinche.com\n\n\nProfile and Role\n\nProduct Vision: We will rely on the Full Stack Developer to work within and existing team of 7 and do WTF it takes to evolve our solution from pilot phase to general release and beyond. The resulting UX has to be top notch and the financial transactions bullet-proof.\n\nPersonal Profile: You have ideas and know how to realize them. You possess a combination of Charisma, Expertise, High Energy and Uniqueness. You tend to be the hot shot developer in any team. You are a Team Player but can go commando to get things done. Much of the product success of Klinche will depend on you. You would report directly to the VP of Engineering, but have a close relationship with product managers.\n\nTechnical Range & Breadth: The current stack has PHP on the backend, API’s from that to the front end, and Angular JS on the front end. We intend to migrate the backend to Node.JS. Included in the stack is Python code for our ML. The whole solution is hosted on AWS.\n\n\nRequired Experience and Credentials:\n\n- Min. 6 years verifiable, referenceable software development experience at commercial B2B software companies.\n\n - Min. 3 years verifiable, referenceable FinTech software development experience either at a commercial software company or internally at a financial institution.\n - Experience coding in PHP/Symfony and/or Node.js. If no PHP then willingness to quickly learn.\n\n- Experience with cloud-based solutions, web services, SQL, open source RDBMS.\n\n- Experience with Angular JS and HTML5.\n\n- Good communicator verbally and in writing.\n\n- 4-year college degree in Computer Science, or Information Technology, or Economics, or STEM field.\n\n- Already reside in SF Bay Area within commuting distance to San Ramon, without need to relocate.\n\n- Have legal right to work in the US without needing a visa or transfer of a visa.\n\n- Experience with scalability testing.\n\n- Experience with automated test scripts.\n\n- Experience with analytic reporting.\n\n- Experience working collaboratively with a Product Management team.\n\n- Have worked on at least two full release cycles of a commercial B2B software product (not custom solutions in an IT shop).\n\n- Can provide references from manager(s), peer(s).\n\n\n Ideal Candidate will also have:\n\n- Work experience in both startup and established software companies.\n\n- Experience with data science, predictive algorithms, and machine learning.\n - Experience with Agile Scrum software development process.\n\n- Knowledge or experience with electronic payment platforms.\n\n\nHow To Apply:\n\n- Please apply by following the instructions on this site:\n\n- Please provide a Resume, and a 1-page Cover Letter that summarizes how you compare to our requirements. \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
