\nSenior Ruby on Rails Developer\n\nYou will be working in one of our product teams inside the Backend guild to design and implement real world staffing problems solutions in a Service Oriented Architecture platform. \n\nCompany KPIs drive the prioritization of features you will build using your well known software engineering best practices to deliver maintainable and scalable code on-time.\n\nOur current more common stack is Rails 6.0 with Postgresql as RDBS, RabbitMQ as message bus provider, and Redis with sidekiq for async processing. But you will be able to code in different Rails versions, Elixir and Javascript with React. All our services are containerized with docker and all our real production platform is simulated in development using this technology.\n\n\nRequirements and Skills:\n\n\n* 5+ years of software development experience, preferably web and API development. We have high fidelity mockups that need to be converted into working software. This position would be responsible for working with the Lead Front-end Developer and the existing team with ReactJS/Redux. It is a robust, document-heavy application using a PostgreSQL database. OCR is built into our document pipeline. For search, we use Elastic Search. We practice test-driven development, using RSpec and a continuous integration server. \nWe need to beef up our team of frontend developers and we are looking for a reactjs developer with an interest in functional programming.\n\nThe development environment includes Haskell and PostgreSQL in the backend and Backbone.js/React.js in the frontend.
