Fuel Labs is hiring a
Remote Executive Assistant CEO COO

\nAbout Fuel\n\n\nFuel is building a high-performance blockchain operating system that provides high throughput without sacrificing decentralisation or security. Our project is a full-stack solution that lets anyone deploy a Fuel chain using any configuration they would like (Rollup on Ethereum, Sovereign chain, Appchain, etc.). Our focus is to launch an Ethereum rollup to help scale Ethereum beyond its current capacity.\n\n\nWorking at Fuel\n\n\nFuel is remote first and globally distributed, with English as our primary language for communication. We are looking for self-starters who are excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment. We do not require contributors to live in specific time zones, but much of the team lives and works in the European and US time zones. Contributors should endeavour to make themselves available as needed for scheduled team and company events.\n\n\nWhat we need from you\n\n\nWeโ€™re looking for an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to strengthen our team, and maximize the impact of our CEO and COO. \n\n\nYour mission is to enable our CEO and COO to do their best work, removing administrative hurdles, making sure theyโ€™re where they need to be when they need to, and have all the necessary context for making optimal decisions.\n\n\nOur ideal candidate is located in UTC +/- 1, and is energised by the prospect of tackling projects and solving problems. If you are super organised, able to read any situation and communication style, and solve issues before they become such, then this is the role for you! \n\n\n \n\n\nAbout You\n\n\nThis is not your first experience, and you know how to create deep trust and a real partnership with the Executives you support. You foresee their needs and address those proactively, with little to no supervision. \n\n\nYou maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. You see what needs to be done and go for it; and you are able to work independently on a multitude of projects, while maintaining complete discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive matters.\n\n\n \n\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\n\n * Manage complex scheduling requirements across various time zones, internal teams, and external stakeholders.\n\n * Anticipate the needs of the CEO and COO, resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise.\n\n * Prioritise daily, weekly, and monthly schedules in line with upcoming deliverables and deadlines.\n\n * Arrange travel and accommodation and seamlessly process any visa travel requirement.\n\n * Prepare accurate itineraries, including expected travel times, dedicated transportation, and complete relevant contact details.\n\n * Manage constantly-shifting calendars and impeccably communicate schedule changes to all stakeholders and external parties.\n\n * Attune with CEO and COO specific priorities and preferences, and seamlessly manage bothโ€™s time in the most effective manner.\n\n * Support other executives (Co-founder, CMO, board members) as needed, particularly with regards to travel arrangements and calendar management.\n\n * Attend correspondence on behalf of the CEO sending appropriate responses and preparing documentation.\n\n * Use discretion, confidentiality, and impeccable judgment to handle C-Level matters.\n\n * Know when to raise issues to other team members and follow up to resolution.\n\n * Flexible and proactive in picking up other tasks or covering other needs as they arise.\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\nRequirements\n\n\n\n * Minimum of 5 years experience supporting executive-level management.\n\n * Comfortable working in a fully remote and fast-paced environment.\n\n * Experience working with the leadership team of technology start/scaleups is a must; experience with Web3 is desirable. \n\n * Skilled in communicating effectively and concisely, internally and externally, with senior executives, external and internal stakeholders. \n\n * Excellent written and verbal skills including the ability to draft correspondence and other communications with minimal direction.\n\n * Calm, friendly, and professional demeanour always; able to be diplomatic when saying no.\n\n * Ability to adjust communication style to the audience.\n\n * Listening skills; ability to understand assignments and complete them with little to no follow up. \n\n * Unflappable, demonstrates emotional acuity. \n\n * Organized but flexible, anticipates change responding efficiently and quickly.\n\n * Proficient with online tools such as Slack, Notion and Google Drive/Suite.\n\n * Able to act on multiple and changing priorities effectively.\n\n * Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion handling confidential and sensitive information.\n\n * Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently and use their own time to save time for others.\n\n * Has a positive attitude and can operate calmly under pressure.\n\n * A personal commitment to a high degree of quality in work.\n\n * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple email inboxes and calendars across teams.\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\nBenefits\n\n\n\n * Work from anywhere\n\n * Open time off\n\n * Flexible work schedules\n\n * Travel to meet the team 2/3 times per year\n\n * An amazing team of dedicated, diverse and emotionally intelligent contributors\n\n * The opportunity to influence the next generation of blockchain projects\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\nCompensation & Package\n\n\nBase salary + token allocation package \n\n#Salary and compensation\n No salary data published by company so we estimated salary based on similar jobs related to Web3, Ethereum, Travel and Senior jobs that are similar:\n\n $97,500 — $150,000/year\n

Datavant is hiring a
Remote Executive Assistant Payer

\nDatavant is a data logistics company for healthcare whose products and solutions enable organizations to move and connect data securely. We are a data logistics company for healthcare whose products and solutions enable organizations to move and connect data securely. Datavant has a network of networks consisting of thousands of organizations, more than 70,000 hospitals and clinics, 70% of the 100 largest health systems, and an ecosystem of 500+ real-world data partners.\n\nBy joining Datavant today, youโ€™re stepping onto a highly collaborative, remote-first team that is passionate about creating transformative change in healthcare. We hire for three traits: we want people who are smart, nice, and get things done. We invest in our people and believe in hiring for high-potential and humble individuals who can rapidly grow their responsibilities as the company scales. Datavant is a distributed, remote-first team, and we empower Datavanters to shape their working environment in a way that suits their needs.\n\nIn this expanded executive assistant role role you will bring strategic thought to your partnership with our President and General Manager of Payer and the Payer Chief Operating Officer by giving support, leverage, and peace of mind to them and other executives. You can and will grow as our team expands and executive needs become more complex, including the management of strategic projects and key organizational initiatives. \n\nYou Will:\n\n\n* Deliver reliable, professional administrative support for the President and General Manager of Payer and the Payer Chief Operating Officer:\n\n\n\n* Manage calendar, travel booking, and schedule internal and external meetings (e.g., executives, board members, clients)\n\n* Gather key data and draft company-wide communications from Executives\n\n* Facilitate internal company celebration events, ensuring accomplishments and employee milestones are recognized\n\n* Handle highly-confidential and/or sensitive information with discretion and tact\n\n* Planning, communication and event logistics for in-person team offsites (roughly once per quarter)\n\n* Coordinate Payer team wide initiatives in partnership with the People Business Partner and Executive Leadership Team\n\n* Own and manage the calendar for critical meetings, customer events and bonding events, ensuring they occur with proper preparation and smooth logistics \n\n* Bring a mindset for process improvement to all things, suggest more efficient ways to conduct core executive operations\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis role does not:\n\n\n* Support executives outside of professional requirements (no personal support)\n\n* Report to the President and General Manager of Payer and work closely with the Executive Assistant team.\n\n\n\n\nWhat You Will Bring to the Table:\n\n\n* At least 2-3 years prior experience in an executive assistant role supporting a C-Suite Level Exec is highly valuable, especially if some of that experience is at larger companies (2,000+ employees) \n\n* World-class attention to detail: names are spelled correctly, time-zones are accurate, you proofread all your work by default.\n\n* Professional and helpful: you are accessible yet appropriately distanced, you offer help proactively when needs arise without aggressively inserting yourself. You feel comfortable knowing when to make decisions without all the necessary input (โ€œask for forgiveness rather than permissionโ€), and when to wait or escalate,\n\n* Well organized: you have a system to track key activities, you follow up on all open items, no tasks fall through the cracks\n\n* Fast response time, especially to requests from your Executives and when coordinating meetings with external parties\n\n\n\n* Generally answer all direct Executive needs/questions within 4 hours between 8am and 6pm EST on work days\n\n* Some responsiveness over evenings/weekends is expected (donโ€™t โ€˜go darkโ€™ from Friday 5pm to Monday 8am)\n\n* On occasion, long hours, weekend work, and on-call support may be needed. Ideally these needs are seen in advance and can be discussed.\n\n* Follow up with external parties regarding coordination/scheduling should happen within 12 hours (OK if meeting arrangement is not finalized, but must acknowledge request and start conversation same day)\n\n\n\n* You understand and respect confidentiality\n\n* Ability to travel throughout the year for Leadership and EA offsites \n\n\n\n\nWe are committed to building a diverse team of Datavanters who are all responsible for stewarding a high-performance culture in which all Datavanters belong and thrive. We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other legally protected status.\n\nOur compensation philosophy is to be externally competitive, internally fair, and not win or lose on compensation. Salary ranges for this position are developed with the support of benchmarks and industry best practices. \n\nWeโ€™re building a high-growth, high-autonomy culture. We rely less on job titles and more on cultivating an environment where anyone can contribute, the best ideas win, and personal growth is driven by expanding impact. The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. The estimated salary range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000.\n\nAt the end of this application, you will find a set of voluntary demographic questions. If you choose to respond, your responses will be anonymous and used to help us identify areas of improvement in our recruitment process. (We can only see aggregate responses, not individual responses. In fact, we arenโ€™t even able to see if youโ€™ve responded or not.) Responding is your choice and it will not be used in any way in our hiring process.\n\n#LI-BC1 \n\n#Salary and compensation\n No salary data published by company so we estimated salary based on similar jobs related to Executive and Executive jobs that are similar:\n\n $60,000 — $120,000/year\n
