Come join us and make a real impact on digital screens around the world.\n\n \n\nAbout this role/The opportunity \n\nReporting to the Global Controller, you will oversee the month-end closing process and assist in ensuring accurate financial statements.\nHow You’ll Make an Impact/duties and responsibilities\n\n\nEnsuring timely and accurate completion of the monthly general ledger close for all entities, including preparation of manual journal entries, as well as account reconciliations and analysis\n\nEnsuring that internal controls are properly respects and maintained\n\nManaging most aspects of the general ledger\n\nAssisting with external audits – SOC, Financial Statement, Sales tax\n\nAssist with preparation of government tax credit filings\n\nOverseeing the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions\n\nAssist the Global Controller with producing various useful financial information to be distributed to various stakeholders\n\n\n\nWhat do you need to perform in this job / What you’ll bring to the table\n\n\nBachelor’s degree, majoring in Accountancy or other related diplomas\n\n4+ years of experience in a similar role  \n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French\n\nProactive and ability to handle problems and tasks without direction\n\nStrong professional judgment\n\nStrong attention to detail\n\nOrganizational and time management skills\n\nStrong understanding of accounting concepts\n\nAbility to clearly articulate needs of the finance department\n\nProblem solving skills\n\nIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills\n\nExperience working with accounting systems (Microsoft Great Plains an asset)\n\nStrong understanding of the business as a whole\n\nAbility to identify weaknesses in the control environment\n\nExcellent communicator\n\n\n\n\nWhat We’ll Bring to the Table/What’s in it for you\n\nOur success is defined by our ability to create strong, long-lasting human relationships.
