As EA, you will directly support a key executive on a day-to-day basis in a wide range of responsibilities, including schedule and travel management, customer and employee interactions, and project management. You have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. You can work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. By consistently providing excellent senior-level administrative support, your work will directly contribute to productivity and effectiveness of senior leadership at Postscript.\n\nAll positions at Postscript are fully remote.\n\nPrimary duties\n\n\nManage and optimize executive schedule\n\nCoordinate internal and external meetings\n\nPlan travel and offsites, with balanced judgment with regards to cost, time and effectiveness\n\nEffectively communicate with other key leaders and employees on behalf of your assigned executive\n\nFacilitate customer and other external interactions, and communicate with external constituents on behalf of your assigned executive\n\nUnderstand work priorities to ensure executive objectives are met and manage content and flow of information\n\nBroadly support the executive team, primarily through effective logistics, meeting coordination and planning, documentation and follow-up\n\nFacilitate scheduling and logistics for company-wide interactions and large group events\n\nManage projects and tasks on behalf of your assigned executive as needed\n\n\n\n\nWhat Weโll Love About You\n\n\nMultiple years experience as an executive assistant, ideally in a technology company.
