Remote Closing Operations Specialist

Our ideal candidate has knowledge of closing documents and the closing process and excellent communication skills. This role will report to Notary Ops Manager, working alongside them to help sustain quality closing processes.\nNOTE: This role requires you to be ONSITE at our Westlake Village, CA office. There will be no relocation package offered and only local candidates will be considered for the role.\nHow you'll contribute: \n\n\nSupports and assists with accuracy in mortgage document completion, mortgage closing standards and filing requirements \n\nAids in maintenance and preparation of training materials and workflows ensuring they adhere to internal and external guidelines\n\nKeep abreast of RON regulatory changes and shares understanding of RON closings\n\nAssists all team members by answering questions \n\nInforms manager of any missing items or problems relevant to closing\n\nReturns all calls, voicemails, and emails in a timely manner\n\nPerform operational tasks and other duties as assigned by manager\n\n\n\nWho you are: \n\n\nMinimum of 2 years of operations or administrative experience. Preferably mortgage loan processing experience or escrow assistant experience\n\nExperience working in a high volume environment \n\nNotary public preferred\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills\n\nTeam player, open minded, easily adaptable to change\n\nOpen to shifts ending as late as 9-11 PM CST\n\n\n\n\nTo comply with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location.\n\nFor full time hires, the hiring hourly compensation range for this position is between $22/hr ~ $26/hr. This role is also bonus eligible. Blend benefits and perks are described below. \n\nFinal pay offer amounts will vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to function, level, geographic location, job related knowledge, skills, and experience.
