We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our engineering and technology team to bring expertise and the highest levels of quality to VivoSense.\n\nWe are looking for an ambitious individual with a passion for learning new things, and a self-starter attitude. As a small company, this Software Engineer will have the opportunity to come in on the ground floor, improve our products, help build out software for the science community, design, and architect the solutions, and share in the success of our rapidly growing company. This person should be comfortable with navigating through an ambiguous environment, coming up with solutions that fit the user needs, and then implementing them.\n\nWhat you’ll do\n\n\n* Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.\n\n* Manage individual project objectives and key results (OKRs) by working with Product Stakeholders.\n\n* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Science, Quality, Product, BD) to determine requirements and manage priorities.\n\n* Collaborate to define and implement suggested coding practices and design patterns.\n\n* Lead and manage team of engineers through hiring, coaching, mentoring, feedback, and hands-on career development.\n\n* Grow a healthy, collaborative engineering culture in line with our values and build technical expertise amongst the team.\n\n\n\n\nWho you are\n\n\n* Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.\n\n* Understanding of Agile methodologies and working with remote, distributed teams.\n\n* Solid understanding of .NET (desktop, cloud) applications and enterprise application architectures.\n\n* Strong grasp of Programming, with fluency in C# and ASP.net.\n\n* 5 -7 years of experience as a Software Engineer.\n\n\n\n\nNice to haves:\n\n\n* Work within a regulated Quality Management System, such as ISO 13485 or 21CFR820\n\n* Able to work in a small team fast paced environment.\n\n* Experience with any of the following:\n\n\n\n* AWS\n\n* Cloud governance\n\n* Clinical Trials\n\n* Machine Learning\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBase Salary range - DOE\n\n$130,000 - $168,000\n\nAdditional Benefits/Perks:\n\n* Unlimited PTO\n\n* Board approved stock options\n\n* Board approved annual bonus\n\n* Direct access to senior leadership\n\n* Healthcare\n\n* Vision/Dental\n\n* Life Insurance\n\n* Professional growth training\n\n* 401K with Safeharbor employer contribution\n\n* Remote work\n\n* Flexible working hours\n\n* Amazing culture and team to work with\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
