This role will be accountable for collaborating with key roles (e.g., sales leaders, technology leaders, salespeople, marketers, analysts, engineers etc.) to create solutions aligned with architectural principles and leveraging common solutions and services. Within the solution development lifecycle, this position will work hand-in-hand with the Salesforce Architect on solution evaluation and selection, as well as providing early-phase project estimates that contribute to the business case. In addition to performing the engineering and implementation functions, this position will offer consulting during the detailed design, build, test, and deploy phases.  \n\n\n\nHow you'll add value: \n* Solve business issues through Salesforce development and best practices(e.g., Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud). \n* Design, develop, and successfully deploy CPQ for a team of over 100 revenue-generating individuals. \n* Execute on the Salesforce roadmap across admin, developer, and engineering work. \n* Improve and build solutions to address architectural gaps or technical debt. \n* Propose best technologies for data processing and    data framework. \n* Play an active role in positively influencing the design direction. \n* Check in and deploy code and configurations; participate in release management. \n* Participate in story planning, standups and retrospectives. \n* Mentor other members of the Salesforce team; Drive enforcement of standards, tools and methodologies. \n* Execute with a team of architects, engineers, admins, and analysts. \n* Produce world-class documentation and tutorials that enable other teams. \n* Ensure that solutions accurately meet the defined project expectations, and enable the team to execute the designed vision. \n* Demonstrate progressive leadership in the full software development lifecycle, including integrating all application requirements into the solution design (e.g., functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operational needs). \n* Guide technical teams to deliver flexible and scalable solutions that meet overall business requirements. \n* Oversee phases of multiple projects, including development, documentation, testing, and deployment, to ensure alignment with application architecture. \n* Promote the adoption of Salesforce best practices and establish standard processes for development and testing teams. \n* Understand requirements and provide one or more solutions using Salesforce best practices. \n* Have experience designing Salesforce integrations with different systems using web services (REST or SOAP) and middleware (e.g., Workato). \n* Possess expertise in Salesforce Development, Salesforce Configuration, and CPQ. \n* Conduct technical solution reviews and provide recommendations for improved adoption and usage. \n* Mentor team members in technology, architecture, and application delivery. \n* Other duties as assigned. \n\n\n\nWhat you'll need to be successful in this role: \n* Valid Salesforce Certifications in the following: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist, and either Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I. \n* 5+ years of direct experience with developing, configuring, and implementing successful Salesforce project & application implementations. \n* 2+ years of experience on Salesforce & Force platform as a Developer or Engineer \n* Experience in Lighting Aura and Web Components and strong hands-on experience in development practices. \n* Experienced with Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API. \n* Proven experience in the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions. \n* Experienced with Web UI frameworks in Visualforce pages or Lightning components. \n* Demonstrate progressive leadership in the full life cycle of the software development environment. \n* Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices and methodologies. \n* Strong Interpersonal Skills, and ability to work with teams and stakeholders of different backgrounds and time zones in a multicultural environment. \n* Experience working with Agile teams and use of tools such as Jira, Copado, etc. \n* Experience working with Apex Code and custom Apex Classes. \n* Experience working with DevOps tools such as AutoRabit along with Github, Jenkins, VS Code preferred. \n* Experience with managed packages and AppExchange preferred. \n* Motivated, high-potential performer, with demonstrated ability to influence and lead. \n* Able to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change. \n\n\n\nR365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation\n* This position has a salary range of $145K-$170K. This role will provide technical leadership, driving innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects.\n\n \n\nWhat You’ll Do:\n\n\n* Responsible for design, development, and hands-on implementation of Amazon Web Services cloud solutions\n\n* Serve as an AWS technical resource in team’s efforts to determine the needs of our client’s businesses that will simplify and automate the applications as well as make them more efficient\n\n* Participate in planning, implementation, and growth of our customer's AWS foundational footprint\n\n* Work closely with other Trace3 architects and engineers to recommend and design infrastructure, database, or data storage solutions that effectively reflect our client’s business needs, security, and service level requirements\n\n* Work with application and infrastructure teams to conduct proof of concepts (POCs) and implement Production-ready designs in Amazon Web Services\n\n* Align solutions with standards and best practices working with cross-functional engineering and consulting teams\n\n* Perform risk analysis & create mitigation strategies for continuous evaluation and validation or system design and architecture\n\n* Ability to produce as-built documentation and materials\n\n* Ability to design, build, and execute automation frameworks for deployment of AWS Cloud Environments (based on CloudFormation templates, Terraform, AWSCLI, others)\n\n* Support pre-sales activities when needed\n\n* Collaborate and communicate with Sales and Account Management team to ensure smooth and successful delivery and assist with the identification of additional Advanced Services and Sales opportunities within the customer’s environment\n\n* Establish strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers in client organizations\n\n* Contribute to the development of internal best practices as well as new innovative consulting services offerings that we can take to market\n\n* Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams, assisting in solving technical challenges and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects.\n\n* Build a community and following around our company solutions and brand awareness\n\n\n\n\nQualifications & Interests:\n\n\n* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required or equivalent work experience\n\n* 8+ years of experience with implementation and support of infrastructure services on AWS, AWS DevIo Experience  (CodeBuild, CodePipeline, CodeCommit, CodeDeploy, AWS Config, AWS Systems Manager, CloudWatch, Lambda experience) (additional DevOps experience like Jenkins and Azure DevOps is good, but not required)\n\n* 5 years of experience with current operating system administration (Examples: Windows, Linux, Ubuntu and CentOS)\n\n* 4 years of experience with APIs, performing commands through CLI to perform implementations and third-party integrations\n\n* 4 years of experience with cloud network connectivity and ExpressRoute, and ability to troubleshoot cloud connectivity issues\n\n* Previous experience working for a consulting or services organization strongly preferred\n\n* AWS Certified Solution Architect and/or DevOps Engineer\n\n* AWS Cloud Platform Experience\n\n* Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Ruby, or GoLang- specifically including experience creating and consuming RESTful APIs as well as AWS Lambda\n\n* Automation experience with CloudFormation, (Terraform, Jenkins, Git, others are a plus)\n\n* Experience deploying ControlTower with GuardRails in production\n\n* Kubernetes (Vanilla or EKS/ECS) and OpenShift 4.x experience in production (containerization and ops)\n\n* Knowledge of IAM integration with AWS environments\n\n* Experience aiding with operationalizing AWS cloud environments using AWS native and third-party tools for monitoring and management\n\n* Ability to mix deep technical expertise with simple, everyday language to deliver a story that is memorable, educational and useful\n\n* Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent time management skills and able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume, and evolving work environment\n\n* Ability to approach customer and sales requests with a proactive and consultative manner;
