Each of us is an adherent of entrepreneurial culture, which allows us never to stop, to evolve, and to create something new.\n\n\n\nWhat you will do:\n* Lead new integrations from concept through implementation (supporting tasks aligned with the current product roadmap).\n* Develop technical documentation from scratch for new features and updates to existing ones.\n* Maintain and update current technical documentation for products and systems.\n* Support client systems in defining integration requirements for the product.\n* Build a knowledge base for the product's events library (product event model) at both system and company levels.\n* Future support for the Sales Team in gathering external client requirements for product customization (the product is currently internal, with plans for a global launch).\n\n\n\nQualifications and experience needed: \n* Minimum of 3 years of experience on IT projects in a systems/business analyst role with a focus on backend development.\n* Proven experience in writing technical and project documentation, including BRD, SRS, API Specifications, and Admin Guides.\n* Experience formalizing functional requirements using techniques such as functional decomposition, use cases and scenarios, user stories, and state modeling.\n* Proficiency in UML notation for modeling functional requirements (behavioral diagrams: activity, sequence, state, use case; structural diagrams: component, deployment).\n* Strong understanding of and experience with data protocols, particularly REST over HTTP and SMPP.\n* Experience in managing the full requirements lifecycle: prioritization, agreement, and ongoing maintenance.\n* Systems thinking.\n* Client-oriented approach to supporting internal client systems.\n\n\n\nWhat we offer:\n* Office or remote โ it's up to you: you can work from anywhere, and we will arrange your workplace.\n* Remote onboarding.\n* Performance bonuses for everyone (annual or quarterly โ depends on the role).\n* We train employees: with the opportunity to learn through the companyโs library, internal resources, and programs from partners.\n* Health and life insurance.\n* Wellbeing program and corporate psychologist.\n* Reimbursement of expenses for Kyivstar mobile communication.\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
