About The Opportunity
The Principal Service Consultant guides the overall design and delivery of the Ceridian HCM solution to meet customer requirements and provides oversight and direction to project team members in the execution of project activities in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (planning, discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support). The Principal Service Consultant works closely with the Project Manager to plan the project and identify critical dependencies. Project responsibilities include; facilitation of customer requirements gathering, design of the Ceridian solution to meet documented customer requirements, setting and managing customer expectations, providing guidance and design/configuration oversight to other project resources, identifying risks and communicating issues to the Project Manager.

Weโre looking for a talented, mid or junior level developer to work on our internal skunkworks projects, in short you will be building tonnes of different MVPS. The most successful of which will be developed into full on products. The work will never be repetitive, never dull and will always be exciting.\n\nMost of these projects will involve some front end, and some basic api usage (Twitter, Youtube, Facebook) as well as building some small databases using our market research data.\n\nIf you have worked on the tech side of an advertising or market research agency that would be a bonus but is not essential.\n\nROLE:\n\nThe ability to work both with others and alone, the ability to take initiatives and see the the business angle of any tech product is a must! You must also be willing and able to pick up new skills quickly, integrate new apis and build front end very quickly (design is important but not essential).\n\nYou will work predominantly with CEO and the product development team, building and testing new ideas for market fit before the main development turn them into scalable products.\n\nAs with all Startups, this is a wide and varied role.
