About The Opportunity
The Principal Service Consultant guides the overall design and delivery of the Ceridian HCM solution to meet customer requirements and provides oversight and direction to project team members in the execution of project activities in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (planning, discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support). The Principal Service Consultant works closely with the Project Manager to plan the project and identify critical dependencies. You will have an opportunity to shape the partnerships strategy and culture from the start, and work very closely with clients and the CEO. It’s a proactive and super fast-paced setting, where you get to control impact and direction from the get-go.\n\nWhat you’ll be doing \nAs Strategic Partnerships Manager you will report to the CEO and will be tasked with developing our overall partnerships strategy. You will also build our reseller program. You will “own” the full partner relationship, from opportunity generation, pricing/structuring, and the legal contracting process and beyond. Once a partnership is signed you will work with the partner to drive utilization and success of the partnership. \n\nSpecifically, you will:\n- Work to ensure partner satisfaction by anticipating their needs and understanding the overall vision of their company. \n- Source and sign new partners, and maintain existing relationships\n- Act as primary point of contact for new and existing partners\n- Design our onboarding process for fintech partners\n- Maintain & negotiate commercial contracts & relationships\n- Create pricing strategies, as needed\n- Identify new revenue streams & opportunities to upsell existing partners\n- Manage Ntropy roadmap discussions with news & existing partners \n\nWho we’re looking for \nReporting to the CEO, we're looking for an ambitious, resourceful and results-oriented problem solver with at least 4 years of experience in a software or technology partnerships role.
