This role can be based in our NYC office or remote.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\n\n* Take technical ownership of a team that integrates directly with core banking systems (the computer systems that banks and credit unions rely on to keep track of money, bank accounts, and their customers data)\n\n* Meet internal demand for supporting new core banking systems and increasing functionality for existing integrations\n\n* Author and maintain the portion of our microservice backend that allows for IO operations against core banking systems\n\n\n\n\nAbout You:\n\n\n* You love building and working with APIs that solve complex business problems\n\n* You feel just comfortable writing code as you do managing timelines, communicating with stakeholders, and documenting your work\n\n* You are up for the challenge of taking technical ownership of a key piece of MANTLs business and look forward to the opportunity to prove yourself\n\n\n\n\nMust Haves:\n\n\n* 4+ years professional API development/integration experience \n\n* 2+ years writing Node.js professionally \n\n* 1+ years professional experience with git/github \n\n* Strong business sense and communication skills —- ability to self manage, estimate, execute, and define your own processes\n\n\n\n\nNice to Haves:\n\n\n* Experience with Postman\n\n* Experience working with core banking system APIs\n\n* Fin-tech experience\n\n* Experience working in an AGILE/SCRUM environment'\n\n\n\n\nOur Tech Stack\n\n\n* Google Cloud\n\n* Google Kubernetes Engine\n\n* Google Cloud Storage\n\n* Google Cloud Pub/Sub\n\n* Google Cloud SQL (Postgres)\n\n* Google Hybrid Networking (VPN/IPSec)\n\n* Github\n\n* Buildkite\n\n* Docker\n\n* Terraform\n\n* Kafka\n\n* Javascript (Node.js)\n\n* Javascript (React)\n\n* Typescript\n\n* Golang\n\n\n\n\nPerks:\n\nJoining MANTL means joining an ambitious and exceptional team that solves complex problems every day.
