We have been in business for 10 years and thrive on creativity, collaboration and no egos.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\n* Design and build both front-end and back-end components\n\n* Maintain code quality and testing procedures including unit and integration testing.\n\n* Build APIs used for consumer and internal services in Scala and/or Ruby.\n\n* Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction.\n\n* Work in a DevOps environment using CI/CD and AWS.\n\n* Conduct user research and evaluate feedback.\n\n* Establish and promote internal and external design guidelines.\n\n* Ability and desire to work autonomously.\n\n* Assist in shaping and improving engagement processes.\n\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n\n* Experience with Angular/React for building ADA compliant applications.\n\n* Experience utilizing Python for web-application development.\n\n* Experience with relational database technologies, such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.\n\n* Experience with non-relational database technologies, such as DynamoDB and Redis.\n\n* Knowledge of using GitHub with Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment.\n\n\n\n\nPreferred:\n\n\n* 3 or more years experience designing web and mobile interfaces.\n\n* Working knowledge of Go and/or Ruby programming.\n\n* Understanding of common problems in Application Security, such as SQL Injection, Cross-Site Scripting, and security misconfiguration issues.\n\n* Experience with serverless application development, including AWS Lambda, AWS API Gateway, and DynamoDB.\n\n* Comfortable working with microservice architectures.\n\n* Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS Elastic Container Service.\n\n* Experience with programming languages such as, Python, PHP, Java, Obj-C, Swift, Kotlin, and more.\n\n* Understand the concepts for functional, unit, and integration testing.\n\n* Experience building and interacting with RESTful API's.\n\n* Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools.\n\n* Experience with web-design technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.\n\n* Familiarity with command line tools.\n\n* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.\n\n\n\n\nCompensation and Benefits:\n\n\n* A group of great, passionate, and interesting co-workers\n\n* Competitive Salary\n\n* Health/Dental/Vision/401k\n\n* Health club benefit\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
