We plan each cycle well ahead of time with team discussions, research and workshops to make sure weโre making informed decisions. Hereโs how our typical cycle looks; 2 weeks before a cycle we plan and define requirements for features 1 week before a cycle we do technical due diligence and write acceptance criteria During a cycle we write code using test-driven development, test code to development and staging environments, collaborate with QA, Design and PM team members to ensure features are production ready.
