Those are scams! NEVER PAY FOR ANYTHING! Posts that link to pages with "how to work online" are also scams. Don't use them or pay for them. Also always verify you're actually talking to the company in the job post and not an imposter. A good idea is to check the domain name for the site/email and see if it's the actual company's main domain name. Scams in remote work are rampant, be careful! Read more to avoid scams. Can you help us automate our infrastructure and help us build our first SaaS product?\n\nWe like to build stuffโฆ sometimes complicated stuffโฆ for Non Profits, Charities and Art Galleries. Weโre on the lookout for a confident and ambitious Devops / Sysadmin to join our fast growing startup to help us automate our development processes and build our first SaaS product.\n\nWe do things a little differently, basing all our solutions on open source products offer a great work-life balance with flexible working hours and a real team mentality.\n\nOur work covers web design, app development and branding for Charities and non-profit organisations across the country. Our clients include Charities such as Wikimedia and Farm Africa, art galleries such as the Photographers Gallery and Craft Central but also companies, trade associations and government bodies. We mainly work on the Drupal platform, but someone with a wide range of interests would be favourable.\n\nWe are looking for someone to join the team with the vision to help us automate our infrastructure so that everything runs like clockwork. That will involve:\n\n- Automating tasks such as security and deployment releases, site updates and server maintenance using tools such as Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, Ansible etc\n\n- Be the key architect in helping us to develop a robust SaaS platform for a really significant Drupal project for the not for profit sector that we are currently working on.\n\n- Integrating with Hipchat and developing an inhouse Hubot (or similar).\n\n- Develop command line tools to simplify developer tasks such as cloning client sites to local environments.\n\n- There will also be the opportunity to get involved with data migration, data integration, database tuning and management and the ideal candidate would have existing MySQL (or similar) experience. \n\nIf you live and breath Linux and love reconfiguring Web servers for the LEMP/LAMP stack until they are as secure as a rock but would also enjoy the challenge of developing a new SaaS platform on AWS then we would love to hear from you.\n\nKey skills we are looking for:\n\nโ Excellent Linux administration skills.\nโ Some Web server experience (NGINX preferable, Apache useful).\nโ Some DB admin experience (Mysql or equivalent).\nโ Some experience with cloud technologies AWS/Open stack.\nโ Previous experience with CI/DevOps tools platforms (i.e. Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, Ansible).\nโ Good Git skills (comfortable preparing release branches).\nโ Previous PHP deployment automation desirable.\nโ Some experience/Knowledge in monitoring tools.\nโ Strong collaboration, written and verbal skills.\n\nWhat were looking for is someone who can grasp concepts quickly, has great attention to detail, and most importantly loves a tech challenge. In short, weโre a team of self confessed geeks who love tinkering and tweaking until something is just right and are looking for someone who thinks and acts like us.\n\nExtra tags: devops, sysadmin, puppet, hubot, drupal, saas \n\nPlease mention the words **FORK UNIFORM SCREEN** when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMjE2LjczLjIxNi4yNTA=).
