We make buying and redeeming lottery tickets more convenient, secure and intelligent through our mobile application and online platform. We look for candidates that demonstrate what we call the “three I’s” -- Intelligence, Integrity and Intrinsic motivation.\n\n\nThe mission of the Lottery.com Growth Engineer is to take accountability of insight, output, learnings, and results for all outbound and inbound marketing initiatives, conversion campaigns, A/B Tests, conversion optimization, and BI and data science projects. This means using internal growth tools, third party SaaS growth tools as well as working directly with the frontend engineering team contributing code to our frontend (in JavaScript/React Native). They will work with Head of Growth and our Director of Frontend Engineering directly strategizing and implementing plans and tactics to continually improve company-wide KPIs - particularly new user accounts created, new user activation rate, and week 1 retention rate. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\n* Design and implement user facing features in React Native for our applications iOS and Android applications. \n\n* Work as a team with your peers, collaborating on product design, mentoring teammates and pushing our entire platform forwards.\n\n* Partner with the product and design teams to ensure we are building efficient and beautiful designs.\n\n* Focus on reusability and best practices, stay up to date on latest innovations in our industry and within our stack\n\n* Help us push the boundaries on what a small team can produce and maintain with simple code and well thought out architecture.\n\n\n\n\n\nRequirements\n\n\n* 5+ years experience developing mobile applications, including expertise with Android, iOS and/or React Native.\n\n* 3-5 years experience working in a growth role, focusing on data, analytics, a/b testing and marketing tools.\n\n* A portfolio of beautiful and functional visual implementations on mobile platforms\n\n* Ability to pass background check, has appropriate work authorization\n\n* Constant positive, can-do attitude that helps motivate and encourage your whole team.\n\n* An ability to always focus on the company objectives and the mission at hand.\n\n* Ability to work remotely and independently, but be available on Slack and sync up to our time-zone (PST) for meetings and discussions.\n\n* Familiarity and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment\n\n\n\n\n\nBonus\n\n\n* Experience in ReactJS / React Native / React-Native-Web\n\n* Familiarity with WordPress / Web design standards and development\n\n* Comfortable with / passionate about giving internal tech talks / writing for company engineering blog\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
