\nThe Amazee Labs Global Maintenance (ALGM) Team works to support, maintain and extend the Drupal sites that the Amazee Labs teams develop. The team’s responsibilities include maintaining and supporting a myriad Drupal 7 and 8 projects, extending existing functionality as well as building new functionality.\n\nTogether with our sister companies Amazee Metrics – an SEO, SEM, and Web Analytics agency - and amazee.io - a Drupal PaaS - we cover a wide range of web services.\n\nWe’re a young and dynamic team, working with international companies of varying sizes and industries.\n\nOur team is looking for a Remote Drupal Site Builder & Frontend Developer to join our growing team.\n\nAs part of the Amazee Labs team, you will be building the interface for our ambitious client projects using Drupal 7 & 8, along with other bleeding edge frontend technologies.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\n* You'll build and extend Drupal sites.\n\n* You'll deliver complete, highly performant, and secure applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.\n\n* You'll produce clean code built for maintainability, scalability, and performance.\n\n* You'll participate in our agile processes and meetings.\n\n* You'll demo completed work to clients.\n\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n\n\n* You have at least 2 years of Drupal site-building experience in Drupal 7 and/or Drupal 8.\n\n* You have at least 2 years of front-end development experience.\n\n* You are knowledgeable in responsive web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.\n\n* You have the ability to create and modify custom Drupal themes.\n\n* You enjoy troubleshooting and problem-solving.\n\n* You have experience with modern front-end technologies including Sass, Gulp, and JavaScript.\n\n* You possess a passion for precision, quality, detail and building beautiful web experiences.\n\n* You've got experience working collaboratively using version control systems (Git and GitHub).\n\n* You have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.\n\n\n\n\nBonus points:\n\n\n* You possess advanced JavaScript skills with experience in React or Vuejs and a strong understanding of best practices and conventions.\n\n* You’re into adding animations using GSAP.\n\n* You speak German, Spanish, and/or French.\n\n* You hold a passport that enables you to travel frequently.\n\n* You're an active contributor to the Drupal project and community, or other open source projects and communities.\n\n\n\n\nWork location:\n\n\n* Your domicile, and\n\n* you must live within the UTC+0, UTC+1, UTC+2 or UTC+3 timezones.\n\n\n\n\nWe offer:\n\n\n* A remote position, with a supportive and diverse culture.\n\n* Flexible working hours.\n\n* Travel opportunities to Zurich, Cape Town, the United Kingdom, and Austin, Texas.\n\n* Working in a professional global team with flat hierarchies.\n\n* Working with a passionate, experienced and international team.\n\n* Interesting and challenging projects.\n\n* Allocated time for team workshops, learning, and personal growth.\n\n* A budget for tech equipment when you join and every two years thereafter.\n\n* An annual budget for education.\n\n* An annual fitness budget.\n\n* A budget to attend relevant industry conferences (such as DrupalCon).\n\n\n\n\nIf you are excited by this opportunity we would love to hear from you.\n\nPlease send your resumé and a cover letter telling us about your work experience and some interesting details about yourself.\n\nClick here to apply now! \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
