We’ve raised $48 million from Oak HC/FT, OMERS Ventures, and other leading VCs and strategic partners to take on the $450+ billion PBM industry.\n\nThe Role and Your Impact\n\nWithMe Health is looking for an experienced Sr Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure high product quality. Our SDET will be responsible to provide in-depth quality assurance support to the software development process as a part of an agile team by defining, designing, prioritizing and communicating all testing aspects.\n\nAs an SDET, you will test applications’ functionality and monitor all stages of data processing, web and mobile application to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards. We are looking for a technically strong and creative individual that possesses a passion for driving quality and ensuring a positive end user experience.\n\nWhat You Will Be Doing\n\n\n* Create and track to RTM (requirements traceability matrix)\n\n* Research, identify and adapt appropriate tools and infrastructure\n\n* Improve the overall QA process, such as identifying gaps or inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting improvements\n\n* Act as a strong advocate for quality in the product development process for software engineering.\n\n* Provide timely and accurate QA status and progress during all project testing phases, including summarizing QA results at project conclusion\n\n* Design and develop detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases\n\n* Create end-end, functional, integration (API and UI) tests for complex business requirements and review.\n\n* Participate in Test Design Review meetings for test plans with focus on functional, business, complex scenarios, high impact projects and usability\n\n* Work with engineers to promote TDD (test driven development) and assist as needed\n\n* Collaborate with globally distributed team\n\n* Work closely with developers, testers, PO, and UX to ensure their features are delivered to meet business and quality requirements\n\n\n\n\nWhat You May Bring\n\n\n* At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, quality assurance / engineering in Mobile and Web automation and usability\n\n* 2+ years if experience with health care applications\n\n* Demonstrated ability to operate within short release cycles\n\n* Develop and support automation frameworks. Provide technical guidance as needed for QAEs\n\n* Define, rollout, and enforce best practice processes in the areas of functional, system and regression testing using a combination of manual and automated testing\n\n* Familiarity with CI/CD automation frameworks (especially using Python and Java)\n\n* Proven testing experience in Web Services/ API endpoints\n\n* Extensive knowledge of JSON and SQL.\n\n* Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes\n\n* Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing and automated testing tools\n\n* Excellent communication skills with clear emphasis on collaboration\n\n* Self-motivated, independent, and proactive.\n\n* Experience with microservices, data analytics and cloud technologies\n\n* Knowledge on FHIR is an advantage\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n No salary data published by company so we estimated salary based on similar jobs related to Senior, Engineer, Testing, Developer, Digital Nomad, Cloud, Python, API, Mobile and Medical jobs that are similar:\n\n $70,000 — $122,500/year\n

\nABOUT YOU\n\nYou’ve worked with large amounts of data spread across a variety of systems and know that the real challenge is bringing that data together in a meaningful, visually appealing way to provide insights to your customers. You know how to apply linear regression but you also know that sometimes the best approach is plain old business logic. You’ve worked with a variety of charting / graphing libraries and enough grid user interfaces to have a passion for creating the intersection of data visualization and interactivity to give your users a delightful and informative experience when discovering insights about their data.
