We are indexing all community contributions as a public good for the ecosystem, and creating a questions and jobs bounty system to make decentralized work possible.\n\nFollowing the launch of our indexes on Avalanche, we will launch the bounty platform as well as, for our community, a NFT collection central to our ecosystem, a galactic RTS staking game, and an Avalanche validator node. \n\nWe raised from Polychain, Katie Haun and others and have a lot of work to do. We value attitude and motivation more than degrees or experience. \n Join this job if you want to work hard in a fast paced environment and take a shot at building the decentralized internet!\n\n## **Job Responsibilities**\n\n- Produce detailed product and feature specifications.\n- Collaborate and communicate well with the team.\n- Work with management to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs and choose solutions.\n- Perform/facilitate code reviews for the team.\n- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and integrated services\n- Contribute in all phases of the development life-cycle, including deployment to production.\n- Write automated and maintainable unit-tests\n- Design and develop new data models, scrapers and indexers.\n- Optimize the data flow and derive meaningful analytics.\n- You will be given a broad idea and expected to sharpen the vision and feature details while adding value to the product.\n- You will be in charge of optimizing data analytics performance and availability.\n\n## **Qualifications**\n\n- 5+ years of proven experience in a similar role\n- Strong knowledge of Node.js, AWS and data scraping\n- Data analyst experience\n- Advanced knowledge in TypeScript is a big plus\n- Experience in Machine Learning is also a big plus\n- High standards for code quality\n- Knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrency, DeFi is a big plus\n- Ability to work independently based on product requirements\n- Ability to take over a mature, powerful, and complex product\n- Degree in computer science, or equivalent self-education with excellent abilities\n- Quick learner who successfully organizes, prioritizes and manages multiple projects with strict deadlines\n- Has top communication skills that include technical fluency and the ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts and strategy-related concepts and opportunities with technical team members.\n- Creative thinker, strategic planner, and grand problem solver\n- Record of beginning to end roadmap product delivery achievements\n\n## **Time/Location**\n\n- Full time \n- Remote or in Miami \n\nPlease mention the word **SMARTER** when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMjE2LjczLjIxNi4xOTc=).
