The OA works with the Business Operations and Curriculum teams, contracted instructors and teaching assistants to complete ad hoc projects to uncover insights about our data and/or digital skills training programs.\n\nThe ideal candidate is an excellent project manager and is able to execute simultaneous competing deadlines and tasks involving multiple stakeholders. The OA analyzes program data,  provides support for live class ensuring learners, teaching assistants, instructors, and other stakeholders engage and benefit from the program.
