Growth & Brand campaigns, Sales incentives & commission) to understand efficiencies and prioritize/plan investment decisions in collaboration with senior management\n* Become embedded with business partners (both within Finance and across other functions), establishing trust and gaining an understanding of relevant business drivers\n* Building, maintaining and improving complex financial models; summarizing and presenting financial performance to stakeholders at all levels of seniority\n* Lead & maintain the financial budgeting and forecasting cycles for the Sales and Marketing teams on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis\n* Support month-end close activities, including variance analysis and corporate-level reporting packages\n* Support in developing measurement frameworks such as LTV/CAC and cohorted analysis\n* Collaborate with other finance business partners to drive process improvements and standardize reporting\n\n\n\nWe're looking for someone who has:\n* Minimum 3-5 years experience in a financial role (FP&A experience preferred)\n* Understanding of GTM functions, including sales, marketing, and customer success\n* Strong financial modeling experience building operational, ROI, CAC/LTV, Cohort Analysis, and marketing campaign models\n* Experience with data analysis, and/or FP&A planning software.
