Together, we can reimagine the world of work and, with our bold partners, make the impossible possible.\nThe opportunity \nMagic Leapโ€™s IT Systems Configuration & Programming roles are responsible for managing and performing work associated with programming and configuration of internal end-user applications that are integrated with business processes/data and IT infrastructure (i.e., an โ€œapplication systemโ€), including a) Analyzing detailed business/functional/technical requirements and specifications for the application (and related application system components) as input to application design and coding, b) Coding internally developed applications and configuring commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) applications using programming, scripting, and database languages, and c) Supporting application testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding application enhancements.\nAs a Lead Systems Analyst within our Business Technology Solutions team, you will be crucial in managing and optimizing an organization's HR software solutions. You will combine technical expertise with a strong understanding of HR processes to enhance the effectiveness of the HR management system.\nWhat youโ€™ll do \n\nLead SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects from start to finish, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.\n\nDesign and implement comprehensive SAP SuccessFactors solutions, integrating various modules and ensuring alignment with stakeholders' needs and industry best practices. Develop and execute complex integration strategies with other SAP and third-party systems.\n\nIdentify and implement process improvements within SuccessFactors modules. Optimize system performance and user experience through continuous analysis and enhancement.\n\nCustomize SuccessFactors modules based on stakeholders-specific requirements and optimize the system for performance and usability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.\n\nServe as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

You will be part of multinational agile teams working on world-class, exciting and highly visible client projects, where you will lead a scrum team of between 5 and 10 engineers to deliver front-end services and/or product features, back-end product features and/or services and/or blockchain smart contracts.\n\nAs a Tech Lead you typically spend 50% of your time coding and 50% of your time coaching the other engineers on the scrum team. This includes: working with a technical architect to design the high level solution, working with a business analyst to groom the JIRA tasks for the next sprint, reviewing pull requests, and leveraging your methodology and technical expertise to help your team during focused problem solving sessions.\n\nThe role is client facing. You are expected to constantly improve your problem solving skills, communication skills and relationship building skills in order to manage clients at key project milestones (key technical decisions and trade-offs, demos, knowledge transfer).\n\nWithin the project team, you establish your credibility and lead the team through project phases by demonstrating outstanding technical judgement, advocating the benefits of agile methodology, and coaching team members individually to make the project an enriching and fulfilling experience for them.\n\nThe project team size, scope and your responsibilities will vary from project to project.
