You will have a direct hand in the speed of your growth and play an integral part in the evolution of a growing agency. Now at its 13-year, with 100+ employees across offices, we produce groundbreaking content for partners including Netflix, Klarna, Amazon Prime Video, and Warner Bros. \n\n \n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\n\nAssist with setting objectives for the HR team and track progress\n\nDirectly managing the People & Culture team and their day to day workflow\n\nExpert and trusted business partner across a diverse set of company-wide HR functions and initiatives (including but not limited to: onboarding and employee life cycle, culture and retention, benefits, etc.)\n\nProactively identifying improvement opportunities across our work environment and partnering with senior leadership to affect necessary changes for efficiency, scalability, and best-in-class culture\n\nDesign and implement company policies that promote a balanced work environment\n\nManage compensation and benefits plans\n\nWorking alongside department leaders and people managers to develop employee growth plans and performance management systems\n\nMonitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)\n\nManaging the development, organization and implementation of company-wide training initiatives \n\nEnsure department addresses employeesโ requests and grievances in a timely manner\n\nKeeping up-to-date with the latest HR trends, new technology and best practices as well as employment law and compliance\n\nLead initiatives for the department and agency\n\nEnsuring all sensitive team member information is handled with a high degree of confidentiality and integrity\n\nPartner with the Sr. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager on agency-wide initiatives \n\n\n\n\n \n\nWHAT YOU ARE BRINGING\n\n\n7-8 years of HR related experience in a fast paced and hands on environment\n\nExperience with a growing advertising agency\n\nExceptional, โtype-Aโ organizational skills with critical attention to detail\n\nProactive approach with a heightened sense of urgency \n\nSolutions-oriented attitude and ability to identify and address obstacles quickly and efficiently\n\nAdvocate for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in all agency practices \n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively and see projects through to completion\n\nPositive attitude and ability to easily build relationships across all functions\n\nDeep sense of professionalism and discretion handling sensitive information\n\nPassion for people and developing best-in-class work cultures\n\nHands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS).
