\nPosition Description:\n\nAs our customer base continues to grow, we’re looking for a Professional Services Engineer to join our Professional Services team to lead and execute customer implementation projects while driving new revenue through identifying upsell opportunities and new user adoption.\n\nJob Duties and Responsibilities:\n\n\n* Lead and execute the technical implementation of projects to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Egnyte solutions by customers\n\n* Act as liaison between customers and internal teams such as Engineering, Product Management and technical support to solve technical problems and propose new feature development\n\n* Engage multiple constituents at the customer organization – Business users and IT\n\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n\n\n* Strong technical skills that cover one or more of the following areas:\n\n\n* 3+ years of experiencewith administering all aspect of File Services\n\n\n* Windows File Services\n\n* Samba Files Services\n\n\n\n\n\n* Windows, Linux operating systems\n\n* Microsoft Active Directory\n\n* Network and troubleshooting experience\n\n* Virtualization experience (Hyper V or ESXi)\n\n* Scripting and automation experience (PowerShell or Python)\n\n\n* Experience consuming web service API (REST or SOAP) preferred\n\n* Experience with JSON data exchange format preferred\n\n\n\n\n\n* Storage platforms NAS, SAN a plus\n\n* Experience administering Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) preferred\n\n* Windows, Mac desktop experience\n\n\n\n\n\n* Prior experience implementing enterprise software or supporting enterprise applications in technical capacity\n\n* Strong experience in Customer Facing Implementation roles\n\n* Excellent customer engagement, presentation and communication skills\n\n* Fluency of spoken and written command of English.
