\nAbout the Role: \n\nAdRoll’s dynamic creative team processes approximately 300 million products every day using a highly available platform to generate real time product recommendations for serving dynamic ads. As a part of the dynamic creative team, you will collaborate with back-end and front-end engineers, product management, and business analytics engineers, to develop novel systems, algorithms, and processes to handle millions of products using languages such as Python and Java.\n\nOur team welcomes programming language polyglots and entrepreneurial engineers who strive to know how everything works. Those opportunities are with our team.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\n* Maintain and improve our product feed and image transformations pipeline & infrastructure\n\n* Work closely with both back-end, front-end and product management teams to maintain and develop dynamic creative teams infrastructure\n\n* Tackle some of the most challenging problems in high-performance, scalable data processing.\n\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n\n* A BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience\n\n* 3+ years experience\n\n* Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C/C++, C#, Python\n\n* Experience with scalable systems and large-scale data processing\n\n* Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark, or Storm\n\n* Experience with NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB, Redis, Cassandra, or HBase\n\n* Experience with SQL and relational databases such as Postgres or MySQL\n\n* Experience developing and deploying applications on Linux infrastructure\n\n\n\n\nBonus Points:\n\n\n* Development & operations experience on AWS using Simple Storage, Elastic Container, DynamoDB, and Relational Databases\n\n\n\n\nCompensation:\n\n\n* Competitive salary and equity\n\n* Remote and Work From Home friendly environment\n\n* Medical / Dental / Vision benefits\n\n* Paid time off and generous holiday schedule\n\n* The opportunity to win the coveted Golden Bagel award\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
