Real HQ is the company behind Agent Pronto. We help home buyers and sellers find awesome real estate agents in their area. You could say that we're based in Austin, but we've got team members all over the United States—and we’re looking for a Junior PPC Specialist to join our team.\n\nWe’ve expanded in the past year to cover nearly all of the U.S. and Canada. We get rave reviews from the real estate agents we work with and more importantly, from home buyers and sellers. We currently use AdWords Editor, Bing Ads Editor, Google Analytics, a Rails split-testing framework, lots of spreadsheets, and common sense to improve our campaigns. We have an awesome foundation but know that we can take our PPC accounts even further. There are new keywords to explore, systems to build, bidding optimizations to make, ad copy to test, and much more. We’re open to (and excited for) new tools and better ways to track how we’re handling things.\n\nWe’d like someone with experience effectively maintaining and growing AdWords and Bing accounts. We want someone who is analytical, organized, and loves the challenge of taking on complex problems and building systems to solve them.\n\nWe’re hiring for someone to start now. Your job will be full-time, salaried, and around 40 hours per week.
