\nWe are looking for a Senior Perforce & Linux Systems Engineer (Contract) to help migrate our Perforce infrastructure to Linux and the latest Perforce versions. Once the migration is complete, perforce administration will be approximately 50% of the role and the rest will be general Linux administration. \n\nIn this role, you and your fellow masters of the arcane will utilize Linux to support hosting game services and the game server. This includes automation for scaling and wielding Docker for packaging and deployment. You will assist in migrating development infrastructure, such as Perforce, to Linux on AWS, work on automation for non-game services such as the build system and improve overall company infrastructure. This role includes an on-call rotation, during which you stand vigilant against the forces of darkness.\n\nWho We Are Looking For\n\nYou, our ideal candidate, are super approachable. You understand the value of planning, estimating, and communication in achieving goals on a complex project.\n\nEssential skillset:\n\n\n* 5+ years of Linux systems administration experience\n\n* Experience acting as system administrator for Perforce\n\n* Experience with a configuration management system, preferably Salt\n\n* Experience with a cloud hosting provider, preferably AWS\n\n* Experience with Python scripting at an intermediate level or higher\n\n* Ability to architect and implement projects independently\n\n* Experience with at least one programming language (eg. C++, C#, Java, Go, โฆ)\n\n\n\n\nHelpful additional skills:\n\n\n* Experience with an Infrastructure as Code (IaC) system, preferably Terraform\n\n* Experience working with CI/CD pipelines\n\n* Experience working with containers and maintenance (imaging) of containers (eg.
