You will have direct responsibility to ensure that we remain best-in-class for this critical function, including, but not limited to, corporate allocation decisions, new partnership structuring decision-making, KPI reporting, partner reporting mediums, and managing scalable reconciliation processes.\n\n* Team Management: Oversee and inspire a ~15 person team across the US and Mexico to produce top-tier financial reporting while maximizing reconciliation efficiency to achieve greater economies of scale as Kasa continues to grow.\n\n* Tax and Audit Improvements: Ensure SOC and audit compliance as Kasa continues to grow across multiple jurisdictions, agreement types and with various investment partners.\n\n* Partner and Cross-Functional Management: Oversee multiple external partnerships with tax, audit, real estate and legal firms across a wide range of financial reporting-related projects, as well as mentorship of property general managers and financial reporting managers on best practices, frequencies, and approaches to property owner financial reporting. The Technical Support Specialist - DACH (AKA Customer Support Engineer (CSE)) is responsible for responding to customer issues across our Wdesk and Wdata platforms.
Support consists of troubleshooting issues with customers, identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding the customer through corrective steps.
A key component of this position will consist of providing technical and functional support to customers over the phone, chat or case management. A CSE provides product information and resolves most administrative and product problems which our customers face.

What You'll Do
Customer Support: Support customers by providing technical and functional expertise over the phone, chat and case management.

The Technical Support Specialist - DACH (AKA Customer Support Engineer (CSE)) is responsible for responding to customer issues across our Wdesk and Wdata platforms.
Support consists of troubleshooting issues with customers, identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding the customer through corrective steps.

Responsibilities
As PK-PD data programmer you manage and prepare data for state-of-the-art analysis, such as PopPK or drug exposure-response (PKPD), typically based on CDISC ADaM / SDTM datasets. You interact directly with the client on topics around data transfers, dataset specifications and data queries. You conduct exploratory analyses in support of these activities. Following completion of the project deliverables, you will create an electronic submission package for future submission to regulatory agencies.
