This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nFinancial reporting\n\n\nOversee all accounting activities to include accurate and timely reporting of the Companyโs financials in accordance with US GAAP. Oversee and manage accounting team and the month-end and year-end close process\n\nPrepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements\n\nDesign, document, implement and manage policies and procedures with respect to revenue recognition, accounts payable, accounts receivables, payroll, month end close and other accounting operations to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting\n\nPrepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements\n\nManage and analyze monthly financial statements and reports to ensure the integrity of the financial statements\n\nManage the annual external audit process and ensure an efficient audit process and the timely issuance of the Companyโs financial statements\n\nEnsure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting\n\n\n\n\nAccounting operations\n\n\nLead research on technical accounting issues for compliance, and oversee writing of accounting memos to support the companyโs position\n\nImprove, monitor and enforce internal controls, policies and procedures\n\nReview contracts with third parties to ensure that expenses are properly accounted for\n\nOversee the treasury process and bank management\n\n\n\n\nTax and regulatory compliance\n\n\nOversee the preparation and filing of all tax returns, including federal, state, and local taxes.
