If you crave efficiency, think in numbers, and make excel spreadsheets for fun, we would love to chat with you.\n\n## Responsibilities\n- Manage month close with Enterprise ERP System (Oracle NetSuite)\n- Manage accounting processes for retail sales channels\n- Implement Internal Controls\n- Financial Statement Reporting: Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow\n- Support tax, audit & other external reporting\n- Prepare monthly reporting packages\n- Assist with Cash Flow Forecasting and Budgeting\n- Asset, Liabilities, Revenue, and Expense entries\n- A/R and A/P responsibilities (managed with Bill.com)\n- Contract Management\n- Bank Reconciliation\n- Maintain & Balance General Ledger\n- Develop and streamline processes across the organization\n\n## Qualifications\n- CPA Preferred\n- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance\n- 2-4 Years of General Ledger accounting and month-end reconciliation\n\n## Required Skills\n- Ability to work on a small but highly productive team\n- Experience with month-end closing and cash flow forecasting\n- Strong leadership skills, communication abilities, and emotional intelligence\n- Extremely organized and process-oriented\n- Experience with Oracle NetSuite or other enterprise financial systems\n- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills\n\n## Perks\nWe can’t take care of others (our customers) without taking care of ourselves (our people) first. Harshman Phillips & Co (HPC), an Atlanta-based accounting and business consulting company is currently seeking someone to fill the role of a full-time Bookkeeper. HPC offers a fast-paced and challenging work environment. The ideal candidate will perform multiple accounting functions, including bank reconciliations, journal entries, month end closes, research, and more. Xero experience is highly desirable.\nEach individual in our organization is an integral part of our success. The ideal candidate must be resourceful, tech-savvy and an excellent communicator who can work in a dynamic environment.\n\n\nThe Bookkeeper is responsible for performing bookkeeping functions including:\n\n • Handling all bookkeeping aspects of multiple clients on a monthly and quarterly basis.
