As part of our multi-year digital transformation journey, iHerb’s Enterprise Architecture group focuses on improving our current and future technology platforms and product platform architectures.\n\n \n\nWe are currently seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect to support our Order-to-Cash/Supply Chain domain. This role will collaborate across various business units, including Finance, Operations, Technology, and Planning to design and modernizeiHerb’s order management system (OMS) in order to provide a scalable foundation for growth. In addition, this role will assist in creating IHerb’s Order-to-Cash modernization roadmap and introduce product governance to align with iHerb’s overall enterprise strategy and business metrics. This role requires strong technical skills across several key technology focus areas (ERP systems, integration patterns, databases, cloud platforms, security and compliance etc). You will also collaborate with functional teams to develop iHerb’s holistic supply chain technology landscape, accounting for key dependencies and potential synergies across various product roadmaps across platforms. This role reports directly to the VP of Engineering, Infrastructure and Global Data. \n\n \n\n \n\nPrincipal Enterprise Architect - Order-to-Cash/Supply Chain Responsibilities:\n\n \n\n\n* Develop and execute overall Supply Chain enterprise architecture strategy to ensure solutions align with business objectives\n\n* Ensure ROI (Return on Investment) is clearly defined and account for cross-functional dependencies\n\n* Lead program steering committee meetings comprised of Director/Sr Director/VP/C-Suite stakeholders\n\n* Lead the design the end-to-end design and implementation of iHerb’s Order-to-Cash systems  leveraging best-in-class practices\n\n* Provide functional and technical direction to project teams and stakeholders to guide Order-to-Cash requirements gathering and translate into scalable and efficient solutions\n\n* Assess current iHerb’s Order-to-Cash and supply chain process, identify opportunities for improvement and benchmarking against industry standards \n\n* Functional/domain experience and/or exposure to some of the following: OMS, B2B, Transportation Management (TM), Procurement (P2P), Tax, Currency, Rebate/Scanback, Payment, WMS, demand forecasting/planning and similar.\n\n* Collaborate with iHerb’s TMO (Transformation Management Office) to define enterprise architecture standards, systems integration patterns and adherence across all iHerb enterprise systems\n\n* Build strong relationships with business teams (Merchandising, Operations, Global Logistics etc) to promote effective collaboration and user adoption\n\n* Participate and lead technology vendor evaluations and selection process, ensuring new solutions adhere to iHerb’s architectural standards and fulfill critical business requirements\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n     \n\n\n* BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field;\n\n* Proven experience (8-10+ years) as Enterprise architect or similar role, with emphasis on designing and implementing Order-to-Cash solutions\n\n* Excellent communication skills. Must have the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical peers.\n\n* Experience in business process framework including process decomposition, data and functional flows and architecture frameworks \n\n* Deep understanding of Order to Cash processes and ERP systems with demonstrated hands-on experience\n\n* Demonstrated knowledge in data migration, governance, pipeline and quality\n\n* Experience with designing best-in-class standards for integration patterns across systems to ensure seamless data and information flow \n\n* Experience with enterprise middleware (iPaaS) and integration patterns is required.\n\n* Experience with leading ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP is required.\n\n* Industry experience in eCommerce and Consumer Product Goods is a plus\n\n\n\n\n#LI-JC1 \n\n#Salary and compensation\n No salary data published by company so we estimated salary based on similar jobs related to Design and Cloud jobs that are similar:\n\n $42,500 — $82,500/year\n
