Assisting team members as needed on the complex accounting treatments. \n* Assist in preparing annual financial statements in accordance with ASPE, ensure correct note disclosures and assess needs of stakeholders.\n\nFinancial Reporting & Analysis: \n* Prepare & share monthly budget variance analysis with the department owners\n\nPayroll:\n* Prepare Payroll on Bi-weekly basis for the USA and Canada. \n* Ensuring compliance with Payroll requirements, addressing Internal/ External queries, creating support documents as required for the government. \n* Annual reconciliation of EHT, creation of Annual pay stubs and workers compensation for different provinces/ states. \n\nOrder Operations\n* Responsible for managing order operations. \n* Sales order operations involve the processes and activities related to managing and fulfilling customer orders.
