Remote Contracts Administrator

Together with more than 230 colleges, universities, and corporate partners, we are helping to unlock human potential.\nWhat Weโre Looking For:\nThe Contracts Administrator supports multiple university partners and internal Placement stakeholders, ensuring that contracts are executed and student clearances are completed in a timely manner. The Contracts Administrator is responsible for new affiliation agreements and for ensuring current affiliation agreements are renewed and maintained, contributing to student retention and on-time placements. \nResponsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:\n\n\n* Delivers on the contract process from inception to execution, while maintaining excellent communication with multiple stakeholders through that process.\n\n\n* Ensures contracts are processed and executed in a timely manner to support on-time student placement and student retention. \n\n* Communicates status updates to Placement Specialists on current caseload of contracts and clearances.\n\n* Ensures accuracy and details of the executed affiliation agreements are correct and appropriate.\n\n* Provides exceptional service, communication, and support to internal stakeholders, students, university partners and placement agencies throughout the placement lifecycle. \n\n\n\n\n\n* Identifies and administers placement agency clearances that are necessary for students to begin placement on time while coordinating with students, internal stakeholders, and university partners to ensure completion. \n\n* Maintains Salesforce database to ensure accuracy of site/network coverage, requirements, and expiration dates.\n\n\n\nThings That Should Be In Your Background:\n\n\nBachelorโs degree required\n\n1-2 years of administrative, healthcare or legal experience in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment highly preferred\n\nExceptional attention to detail \n\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal\n\nExperience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database preferred; experience with Salesforce highly preferred\n\n* Previous experience in Education industry preferred\n\nExperience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders preferred\n\n\n\n\nBenefits & Culture\nOur global employee base is a diverse collection of innovators, dreamers, and doers working together to transform lives through higher education.
