We prioritize transparency, reduce entry barriers, and aim to make staking easy and accessible to all.\n\nThis Role is fully remote but limited to WEST +/- 3.\n\n\nOur Expectations for the Role\n\nAs the Senior Product Designer for Stakingrewards.com, you will shape the product's long-term success through innovative concepts and designs.\n\n\n* Design product solutions to UX challenges around staking and earning passive income on crypto\n\n* Lead the design of Stakingrewards.com, ensuring seamless user experience and usability\n\n* Make the product exceptionally functional and usable, while establishing and owning a recognizable brand identity\n\n* Collaborate closely with the product, engineering, and data team to ensure value, feasibility, and implementation excellence of your designs\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat we offer\n\nWe believe that innovative UX concepts will be pivotal in making crypto accessible and trusted by a broader audience.
