Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes. Implemented and instrumented observability practices, tooling, and solutions, including Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Splunk, and NewRelic. Creation of technical documentation in the form of runbooks, notes, and engineering resources.
