Fully remote applications will not be considered at this time. \n\nThe People Scientist role entails being a thought leader in the HR and engagement space while assisting customers with survey question design, analyzing survey results, performance management processes, communication approaches, and feedback strategies for our customers at the organization, group, and individual level. People scientists work directly with current and prospective customers to explain the science behind measuring and improving employee engagement and performance management processes using Culture Ampโ€™s platform.  Our ideal candidates will be able to present their expertise on both the academic and applied study of todayโ€™s workforce in personable and engaging ways that align with both educational partnerships and sales relationships.\n\nYour greatest skill is being able to listen and understand our customersโ€™ needs and provide clarity around direction and strategy. You love empowering people and your passion lies in diving into data to uncover stories and provide insights, as well as imparting knowledge to up-skill customers and coworkers. We are looking for an energetic, dedicated, and collaborative professional to work with a close-knit customer team that takes users all the way from leads to champions across customers ranging in size from tens to tens of thousands of employees. Weโ€™re looking for a driven, capable, and thoughtful Account Executive to build relationships, close deals, and scale revenue. Youโ€™ll be a key steward of Goldskyโ€™s brand and relationship with new customers, and youโ€™ll be ubiquitous amongst the crypto community.\n\nImportantly, youโ€™ll partner with Hemanth (Growth & Partnerships Lead), Kevin (CEO), Andrew (Marketing Lead), and others across the company to build a world-class go-to-market function. And as we scale, your insights will dictate how our sales team operates at 10 and 100+ people. Over time, you can grow into a leader in sales, operations, or other domains across the company.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\n* \nEnd-to-end Ownership: Youโ€™ll be a master of the sales process, ensuring we nurture leads from start to finish through robust pipeline management. With your vantage point, nothing will fall through the cracks as we scale and add revenue.\n\n* \nFeed the Machine: Youโ€™ll proactively identify, qualify, and close an inbound sales pipeline, while also strategically prospecting leading teams in the ecosystem. Youโ€™ll run sales calls, host demos, and nurture potential customers through a robust and flexible process.\n\n* \nBuild the Machine: Youโ€™ll build out the core processes for the sales team, implement them into systems and our daily workflow, and fine-tune them over time. We believe in keeping process light โ€“ so weโ€™re thoughtful in how we design processes that can make things hum.\n\n* \nEverything in Between: Building a sales function also involves developing playbooks, collateral, training resources, and other materials that enables the sales team to be at their best. Youโ€™ll collaborate with the entire team to develop the components that make go-to-market successful.\n\n* \nGo Deep on the Tech: Youโ€™ll become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitor landscape.
