Recast is a rapidly growing software company with its solution being used by thousands of enterprise organizations in more than 125 countries, impacting millions of devices and (more importantly) the people who use them. \n\n\nAbout the Role: \nWeโ€™re looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to support Recast Softwareโ€™s accelerated growth by leading go-to-market strategies  for multiple products in the IT security space. You will analyze the target markets, identify customer needs and use cases, develop positioning and compelling content, and enable the sales organization to  move pipeline forward effectively.  This is a high-visibility role exercising critical thinking to help connect the dots between Product, Marketing, and Sales teams with key insights.\n\n\n\nWhat Youโ€™ll Do: \n* Be a proactive project leader. Build relationships with internal stakeholders and identify new opportunities that drive impact and cross-functional alignment. Create go-to-market strategies that ensure organizational readiness across teams with unified positioning and efficient execution. \n* Be an advisor for the Marketing team. Leverage product, sales, customer, and market data to guide marketing strategy, refine personas and ICP, create messaging frameworks, and drive buyer interest with meaningful content through the full funnel. \n* Be a catalyst for the Sales team. Tie product capabilities to tangible proof points and ROI. Enable sales teams with internal training, core assets, win/loss analysis, and competitive differentiators to streamline the buyer journey and accelerate pipeline. \n* Be a partner for the Product team. Support product releases and roadmap prioritization with market analysis, customer use cases, and product feedback, with an aptitude to translate technical specs into business outcomes. \n* Be the voice of the customer. Study customer needs and advocate on their behalf to continually refine our product offerings and GTM efforts with the customer at the forefront. Conduct user interviews to surface pain points and socialize best practices through case studies and testimonials. \n* Be an expert on the market. Lucid has an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Finance Intern to join the Strategic Finance (FP&A) team. This position will be responsible for a wide range of projects including strategic analysis to support Lucidโ€™s KPIs, financial modeling, variance reporting, and ad hoc assignments. The Operations Supervisor uses sharp business skills to assist in end-to-end business process activities by creating, controlling, and improving business processes by assisting in process design, project implementation for improvement activities, diagnosing process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools. Primary Responsibilities
  • Manages day-to-day and production operations for a team of 30-40 medical coders
  • Develops procedures to increase departmental accuracy and efficiency through prompt identification and resolution of routine and complex production issues
  • Assesses, evaluates, and addresses daily workload and queues
  • Analyzes productivity of medical coders compares productivity to capacity plan. Identifies variances and implements proactive solutions to mitigate risk
  • Responsible for quality monitoring activities including identifying areas of improvement and plan the implementation of improvement areas
  • Functions as departmentโ€™s liaison and contact / resource person for providing client issues and problem resolutions
  • Creates competencies for coders; identifies training and development opportunities for coders
  • Incorporate feedback from operational, financial and QA reports to improve performance

Internship Focus Area:
  • Climate Equity & Disaster Relief: Climate change does not impact every community equally, and it is incumbent upon us to implement inclusive solutions that do not leave anyone behind. The GM Climate Equity Fund aims to help fund organizations that are closing the climate equity gap at the community level and across three key areas: sustainable jobs, access to sustainable transportation and community climate action.

Responsibilities may include:
  • Supporting the Climate Equity and Disaster Relief program officer with various projects, including idea development for grantmaking strategy
  • Producing insights from grantmaking data leading to new ideas
  • Preparing emails and other correspondence as required

  • Researching potential nonprofit organizations that align with the fund strategy

Basic Qualifications:

## What we are looking for\nThe Make It So (MISo) team takes wild ideas from LSiโ€™s talent network and makes them happen. Under the guidance of the MISo project manager, and in close collaboration with the MISo learning designer, you will use your mastery of web technologies to:\n- set up and manage an AppEngine instance, EdX Studio on AWS with edXโ€™s AMI and cbX on Coursebuilder;\n- review feasibility of course features, developing and implementing features validated as feasible;\n- prepare and revise mock-ups for review by team;\n- push code for testing and fix technology based on test results;\n- manage the security review and necessary fixes;\n- lead implementation on Course Builder to assemble the online course;\n- manage course development workflow with edX Studio, App Engine XBlock, cbX, and edx-ora2;\n- create course content within edX Studio, in collaboration with the learning designer;\n- implement front-end changes to the appearance of template-based course pages;\n- manage course web sites day-to-day, including resolving technical questions from team and learners;\n- implement an integrated front-end design for Course Builder and WordPress-based site;\n- set up and manage a WordPress installation with customized theme and plugins; and\n- make it so.\n\n## Minimum qualifications, experience and capabilities\n- Up-to-date with the latest and greatest innovations in learning technologies (or capable of getting there fast).\n- 2 years minimum work experience in the edutech and online learning design world.\n- Mastery of Google Cloud Platform and AppEngine, Python, and Javascript.\n- Ability to thrive in a VUCA, agile, decentralized, lean, global virtual team (across time zones and cultures).\n\n## Preferred qualifications, experience and capabilities\n- Bachelorโ€™s degree in computer science.\n- Experience with using EdX Studio and/or Google CourseBuilder.\n- Experience in humanitarian, global health and/or development learning. \n\n#Salary and compensation\n $30,000 — $100,000/year\n
