Our culture empowers everyone to be successful and unleashes our full potential. \n\nPosition Summary:\n\nThe Associate Director of Training is accountable for the development, implementation, and active management of training deliverables, planning and processes to support the commercial business. This individual will develop, train, and help execute seamless product launches while enhancing the existing product curricula aligned to those objectives and will be a strategic partner as well as a hands-on training specialist.  \n\nThis is a highly visible role will require working cross-functionally with the leadership team. The Associate Director of Training will help drive business line success through innovative onboarding programs for new employees and deliver focused training on Braeburn leadership and field-based position competencies.\n\nSpecific Duties: \n\n\n* Collaborate with the Senior Director, Training and Development to establish training initiatives that translate strategy and tactics of the brand team into actionable behavior by the commercial team. (New Hire and Advanced training programs).\n\n* Serve on advisory board teams to ensure effective cross functional commercial programs and activities (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Sales Leadership, Human Resources, Regulatory and Compliance).\n\n* Determine the most effective approaches to meet the product learning needs of the business, including product launch preparation and on-going business needs. Apply advance instructional design principles and the adult learning model to enhance content delivery. Leverage and share best practices, new principles, and concepts across all brands/products.\n\n* Effectively direct the activities of external consultants and training team members. This is a remote position required to be based in a Green Thumb market and meet travel requirements. \n\n*Needs a strong understanding of the business, talent landscape, and quickly identify needs that connect.\n\nEssential Responsibilities & Duties:\n\n\n* Create and deploy a standardized onboarding and training strategy to support the retail business needs.\n\n* Design team member and leadership development series โ€œmeets people where they are atโ€ and advances their skill levels by conducting thorough needs analyses and creating practical solutions with intentional phases for field execution, e.g., giving feedback, coaching, resolving conflicts, etc.\n\n* Design learning following ADDIE best practices.\n\n* Develops learning materials and programs that are engaging, user-friendly, and aligned with adult learning principles, e.g. BARS, learner guides, facilitator guides, etc.\n\n* Work with HR partners to identify leadership development needs.
