(New Hire and Advanced training programs).\n\n* Serve on advisory board teams to ensure effective cross functional commercial programs and activities (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Sales Leadership, Human Resources, Regulatory and Compliance).\n\n* Determine the most effective approaches to meet the product learning needs of the business, including product launch preparation and on-going business needs. Apply advance instructional design principles and the adult learning model to enhance content delivery. Leverage and share best practices, new principles, and concepts across all brands/products.\n\n* Effectively direct the activities of external consultants and training team members.
